Shipping policy

POSTAGE COSTS:
Within Australia: Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $12 Australia Wide (including remote areas). Express shipping is available at checkout and is flat rate $25

International: We send international mail via Australia Post. Price is dependent on the total weight of the order and the destination country. Prices are calculated accurately once you have added items to cart and entered a postal address.

POSTAGE TIMES:
Within Australia: We send with Australia Post. Options available at checkout:
Regular Post: 2 - 8 business days (may take longer to remote areas)
Express Post: 1 - 2 business days (may take 3 business days to remote areas)

International: We send international mail by Australia Post. There are multiple options at checkout with trade-offs between speed and price:
Economy: No tracking - may take several weeks
Standard: Includes tracking - 6 - 12 business days
Express: Includes tracking - 4 - 8 business days
Courier Express: Includes tracking - 2 - 5 business days
Please note that the above shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Wedding Forest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT etc.).
