You can expect delivery of your order within 2-3 weeks of purchase (or 1-2 weeks if you choose express shipping at checkout)

Do you send a design proof?

Yes, we absolutely confirm the design with you prior to printing. You'll receive an email from us shortly after purchase and we don't begin work until you are happy with the design (unlimited revisions for free).

Can I change the order of the text, change or add words?

Yes, all text is customisable and you may add/remove lines. 

Can I change the font or images or mix and match from other designs?

Yes, all fonts and image elements can be changed or swapped from other designs

I have created my own design – can you use it?

For sure – please email what you have to hello@weddingforest.com.au
and we’ll make sure it’s suitable for printing (most designs are, but some may not).

Can the card backing be altered?

Sorry, we cannot modify the card backing at this time.

What timber do we use?

We exclusively use radiata pine collected within Australia in our products. Radiata Pine is an introduced species that invades and often outcompetes our native trees. When we harvest these trees we do not replant more radiata pine. We allow the natives to regrow in the area, returning the natural balance to the land.

What else do you do?

We also actively minimise plastic waste produced by our business (to the point that our factory waste bin is only out for collection about once a month)!

We don't use plastic in our packaging - we use cardboard and plant-based packing peanuts that are home compostable.
