You can expect delivery of your order within 2-3 weeks of purchase (or 1-2 weeks if you choose express shipping at checkout)

Do you send a design proof?

For our simple place card products we do not send a design proof unless requested given the personalisation is simply the names in the font chosen. Rest assured we resize long names to fit appropriately and will space names over 2 lines if a surname is provided. If you have any concerns we'll happily discuss and send design proofs.

Can I add a surname?

Yes, certainly - we will space the names over 2 lines.

Can I include table numbers?

Yes, once you send through your guest list and the table numbers we'll send you a design proof to confirm before we print.

Can I include an image along with the names?

Small and simple images are great and we can typically include them. If it is more complex we may charge a once off design fee, but will of course discuss this with you.

What timber do we use?

We exclusively use radiata pine collected within Australia in our products. Radiata Pine is an introduced species that invades and often outcompetes our native trees. When we harvest these trees we do not replant more radiata pine. We allow the natives to regrow in the area, returning the natural balance to the land.

What else do you do?

We also actively minimise plastic waste produced by our business (to the point that our factory waste bin is only out for collection about once a month)!

We don't use plastic in our packaging - we use cardboard and plant-based packing peanuts that are home compostable.
